Role for enduser to access Dashboards in Visual Composer

Hi,

I(developer) created 5 Dashboards using Visual Composer and published them (iviews) in a role.

As a developer i got VC role assigned to me in portal to work on Visual Composer.

Now my requirment is to assig this Dashboard role to all users..so that users can access them in portal.

All the users have data authorisation for those 5 queries on which dashboards are built.Currently they are executing reports in portal

What roles do i need to assign to the Client/Endusers so that they are authorised to execute the dashboard reports

Hi,

If your requirement is to display the dashboards to all users. that is even Guests then in the properties tab of Iviews (VC Iviews) Select the Authentication schema to anonymous.

Now assing the 5 Dashboard Iviews to the 'Guest' Role.

U need to assign these Iviews to the roles which the users have. If you want to display the Iview you need to select the 'Entry Point' Property true for the IView.

Hi,

You have to give them follwing permissions:

VCRole Permissions:

1. Portal Content folder - Read

2. Visual Composer folder u2013 Owner
