solman 3.2 to solman4.0

Hi,

Iam having solman 3.2 server,in this we are maintaing heldesk messages from all clients.Now we are going to solman4.0,i want same messages of 3.2 on solman 4.0,which is the best way of to do proceddings.is it possible for transfer messages for solman 3.2 to solman 4.0 of new installation.

plz guide me for same.

We were in the exact same situation a year ago and we upgraded our Solution Manager to keep our helpdesk messages.
