Hi,

I think that you are not able to define any new queues,

because some one might have imported the support package and has not confirmed the queue.

Just confirm the queue and then go ahead.

is it corrupt buffer problem.

Which version of SAP you are at?

This seems to be CRC error I beleive?

Can you download spam and add it again in to queue?

Thanks

hi Sergio!!

1. Lock all users in your system, cycle the system to ensure all users are logged off.

2. Disable the batch user as well, to make sure no jobs are running.

3. Backup the input buffer file (should bein the trans\buffer folder). After backing up the file, delete the file.

4. Goto STMS and check the import buffer, press F5. The buffer should be empty now.

5. Return to SAINT and reimport the component, it should be successful now.

Hi,

Sorry but the delay, but you know the holidays...

I've been watching the log and I get the message that "The buffer contains tp old, not completely processed SCO packages".What can I do?

Thanks

looks like import of support package failed. Please paste the import logs of the queue . In the SPAM main screen do SHIFT+F8 for the logs.

Hi Sergio....

Sometimes, restarting the process work....

Here, you can find more information about the Support Package Manager

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/3d/ad5d044ebc11d182bf0000e829fbfe/frameset.htm

Check the link Troubleshooting, when the icon is red, something is wrong.

I will copy and paste, the info of the Troubleshooting-> Errors during the Support Package Manager Phases

=====================================

CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

This phase checks various requirements for importing a Support Package. It may terminate for the following reasons:

○ QUEUE_NOT_EMPTY: The tp buffer contains incompletely processed OCS requests. Use the following tp command to display these requests:

tp SHOWBUFFER <SID> -D SOURCESYSTEMS= TAG=SPAM

You can only continue to import the queue after these requests have been completely processed, or deleted from the tp buffer.

=======================================

Check also the links

Troubleshooting -> Reseting the status

and

Troubleshooting -> Deleting the queue

Hope it helps....
