CUA Roles publish problem

Hello,

We have CUA running on Solution Manager 3.2 with latest patches. We have added SRM 4.0 system as client to CUA.

We are able to replicate users from CUA to srm but role assignments are not getting replicated to the child systems. Any idea if i can i get some logs to check where the error could be.

All suggestions are welcome.

Have a look in t-code SCUL (in the CUA master) and see if there are any entries there which could show you the cause of the problem.

Also look at t-code BD87 in both the master and child systems and see if there are any idocs of type userclone which are unprocessed.

Thank you for the reply, the RFC was missing for CUA.

I have recreated the same and now the problem is solved.

Oh, and also in the master system: go to t-code su01.

Enter any userID. Under the Roles tab remember to do a 'Text comparison with child systems' and make sure all child systems are selected.

Try again in a few minutes (job runs in background) as the comparison will get the name description of the roles form the child systems so that the master system is aware of the roles in the child systems.
