You wish to know, what transaction and programs were started by the certain user in login time. You can check it in STAD transaction (last 3 days). Go to STAD --> in "read interval" specify date and time which you interest (not later than 2-3 days), in length --> time length (for example 8 hours), in user --> that user which you interests.
After press enter. Be are attentive, time in system and true time can be differ .....

Hi
Run t-code
SM20
choose time, date, user and other fields as per your choice of filteration and execute it.
I hope this information is quite a simple way to find out out what Mr.xyz has done during a tenure.
For More update please let me know
Cheers
Ricky

Hi
If u need the details of the user login & others
check in *USR02* table.
or
Check in *SUIM* work around the User Tab.
U can find
the address, critical authorizations, by logon date and password change etc..
and also the tab *Change Documents*
If u want a particular user executed transaction codes
*ST03*-- double click the users per specific instance-- the user will be displayed--double click on that shows the executed tx.

Hi,
Steps for getting all the transactions executed by a user:-
1. Type ST03N
2. Under Workload, select your "Instance or Total" so that it expands and shows Days, Week, Month
3. If you want to look at the transactions executed for a particular day, then double click on any day
4. At the bottom left you get Analysis Views
5. Select & expand User and Settlement Statistics
6. Double click on User Profile
7. On the right side of the window you get a list of all the users
8. Double click on a particular user you want to view the details of
9. The new screen will display the Transactions used by that particular User

Dear Arpan,
You can see this via Table USR02.
Second approach is that you can activate user trace.
Steps are as follows:
ACTIVATE SECURITY AUDIT
1) Go to transaction code SM19
2) SM19 Create a new profile
3) Select options.Give client detail and choose all options in AUDIT class.
4) SAVE
5)Click Yes(Do you want to distribute the profile)
6) Activate the Profile by clicking on the Activate button or Cntrl+F3
7)LOGOUT and again LOGIN
VIEW SECURITY AUDIT LOG
1) Go to transaction code SM20
2) Select from and to date, User, transaction and Click on u201CReread Audit Logu201D
3) Get the details by clicking read audit log
this will surely work.
PS: There are various TCODES like SUIM and ST03N which you can explore. But I personally use user trace.

hi singh,
i did the same thing and i got userid's .
now my question is
is it good to leave the created profile in activated state or shall i deactivate it.
coz y i am asking u this is . like st01, or st05 the trace files should be deactivated so that the traces won't get too high.
so should i do this the same with sm19 and sm20 tcodes also.
regards,
bhupesh
