Unable to pick delivery using GATP check

Hello Experts

We have a situation where we are unable to pick a delivery because we get a message stock is not availble. This is happening only in case where MAD ( material availability date) for the DN item is in the past , I mean yesterday or before that.

But the same DN gets picked after certain time, the System time changes to todays dates.After 12 30 PM IST, it starts working. Our system time is US timings.

But on checking we see that stock are getting updated correctly in R3 and APO, and the stock is available.

In this system, the Sales and Delivery gets created in R3. Since GATP is enabled , the availability is carried in APO but we are not facing any problem while creating sales or delivery .

Is there any config related to shipping ATP check in apo

Hello,

Your query does nor reflect at what stage u intend to carry out ATP check. First decide at what stage u wish to carry out ATP check. It can be

1) SO creation

2) Delivery Creation

3) Picking etc...

Based on the above parameters, set check instructions (GATP Configuration) accordingly

In case of any problem , plz revert with detailed information
