Hi Experts,
Here is the scenario.
We have material qty 300 which is incoming under PO on for ex Aug 11and we have the planned delivery date to be Aug 13 for qty 300 but the problem is business wants to do delivery on Aug 08 and on this date the delivery uses stock in hand which is 1000 and reduces it to 700. If this happens all the other deliveries are not able to get created.
Business wants to deliver on Aug 08 and stock also not getting reduced , rather use inbound PO of 300 but available in future.
I am just curious to know if SAP does support this scenario or is there a way around to get it mapped in SAP?
We did successfully created delivery without doing any availability check but stock still gets effected.
Thanks & please ask questions if its not clear.
Regards
Bawa
Hi
Do you want to use the quantities from the 1000 which is already confirmed for other deliveries.
In such cases you can go for rescheduling.

Hi Ravi,
Thanks for replying and taking time for this.
No, we do not want to get those 1000 pcs to decrease but to use inbound 300 pcs arriving on Aug 13. As other customer also do order in the meanwhile and then they have shortage of stock.
Can we make a del note and do the pick list (TO) and later do the PGI??
Just wondering if this can solve our issue?
Thanks
Bawa

Hi all,
Would it be a possible solution to set up a separate storage location which are excluded from the ATP check through which we could run the particular flow?
Thanks
Bawa

Hi
Either the schedule lines should be due for delivery or you have to key in the confirmed delivery date while creating the delivery document in VL01N. You can create the delivery document but cannot do picking packing etc and obviously PGI also.
Thanks,
Ravi
