How to Interaction with 3rd party helpdesk tool and/or customer solman.how to proceed for this type of scenerio in solution manger.
Hi
To exchange messages with 3rd party helpdesk or further solman's you have to use/activate for both scenarios the provided webservice ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API with transaction WSCONFIG or SOAMANAGER.
For guided setup see at IMG SAP Solution Manager > Configuration > Scenario-Specific Settings > Service Desk > Conntecting an External Service Desk.
