certification at SAPteched

Hi

Can any one confirm me weather a functional consultant can appear for certification in TechEd?

I know that only for Technical modules they are conducting Certification exam in TechEd.

But I came to know that this year they are conducting for functional consultants also, please confirm

Upto last time it was for technical side... mostly for BI, BASIS, ABAP...etc, not sure about this year.
