Hi,
I had released the request from the DEV. but it was not
showing in the PRO.
I had checked it out and found that the System IP was
changed.
now i need to import the request into the PRO from O/S level.
is TP IMPORT cmd enough to import the request into PRO or
any prerequisite is there.
one more point is that, now I had deleted the TMS configuration.
sugest me.
thanks and regards,
kavitha

1.I believe your /usr/sap/trans is shared.
if shared use below command at OS level
2 .tp add to buffer <TR> SID pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/tpparam
3. tp import TR clientxxx SID pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/tpparam
if /usr/sap/trans not shared
copy data and cofile from DEV to PRO data and cofile and repeat the step 2 and 3.
4.You shall configure the TMS immidiately after deleting it.In case you have problem configuring TMS.Do contact us.

Ask your network tem flush DNS server with new IP changes
else update the ip address of PRD system on Comman transport directory server and CTD IP in PRD system host file
and recreate STMS
unless STMS is proper you cannot import rtequest in to PRD
once it is done since request are already in CTD if they are not reflected into PRD add the request manually using Tp command or from
STMS => Overview, imports => click on import queue of PRD System => Extras, other requests => Add

Hi Kavitha,
If you are following the CMD route..Then after moving the files into your Prod System, you need to add the file to buffer using the 'TP AddToBuffer' command (Please Check the proper syntax) and then you can use the TP IMPORT command.
