Hi SDN

Solution Manager 7.0 SP 15

We have activated the Work Center Function in Solution Manager transaction (SOLMAN_WORKCENTER) and assign all the authorizations. But we having difficulties with one of the TABS, SAP REVERSE BUSINESS ENGINEERING (RBE). We are getting an Error u201CTo work with this application you need an activated Solution Documentation Assistantu201D I would to know how do we activate Solution Documentation Assistant or RBE function. Point will be awarded

Yes

you have to activate in SPRO ->scenario specific settings->solution docuemntation assistant->activate sda services.

Hello Allistar,

Right know there is Solution Documentation Assistant and RBE Plus available.

For using Solution Documentaiton Assistant you need to have Enterprise support and Enhancement Pack1 with Solution Manager 7.0.

RBE Plus can be purchased from IBIS America. The results can be uploaded into SAP Solution Manager and will create a implementation project based on your current as-is SAP usage. This can safe you potentially a lot of time and effort to set up your process structure manually in Solution Manager/Solution Documentation Assistant.

Good news is, you can use Solution Documentation Assistant afterwards to revaluate the process model created by RBE Plus on an ongoing basis.

according to SAP Note [1311157 - FAQ: SDA - Solution Documentation Assistant|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1311157] there are no dependencies between SDA and RBE.
