Problem in PO confirmation

Hi,

When we are trying to confirm PO in EBP we are getting the following error messages

1.Goods receipt for the purchase order not allowed(ORD********)

2.system status CRTD is active (ORD*********)

when we are getting this message and how to solve it?

Kindly guide me.

The work order wasn't released ,because of this the system wasn't allowing to do GR.
