Project Planning Board - Customising

Hello All,

I want to see Planned /Actual cost in proejct planning board for any WBS element, where as per current setting of my system i can see Costs/Revenue for WBS element.

In the planning board when i select any WBS element with revenues and then click cost overview button (Ctrl+ F12), in the bottom half of the screen i can see Cost/Revenue graph. Where as i want Planned cost/Actual cost to be displayed.

It will be g8r if anyone can help me in finding where can we change this.

Hi,

Goto "Defines profiles for Project PLanning Board" in SPRO and change that profile which you are using n the project profile. Here in the "Table area" tabpage, goto the 4th field "Costs/Revenues" and press the "field selection for costs/revenues". Then create "new entries" and choose the "actual costs" from the right side to the left side.

This must serve your requirement.
