Automatic Rework Order

Hi,

1.I have triggered a rework order from the confirmation of rework qty after the quality operation. Now when the rework order is created, I am not able see in Inspection Lot for this reowrk Order.(Quality Oeration is there in rework order but this reowrk order contains no material).

2.Also, even if rework order is triggered, I am able to do GR against the main order. How is this possible?

Hello Ashwin,

are you talking about a 03 or 04 inspection?

The reason I am asking is because a 03 inspection is not stock relevant, thus you can then do a GR against the production order without any problems.

In this case more information in detail could be helpfull.

Hi,

I am talking of 03 Inspection type. I know that this is non stock relevant at UD level. But as per my understanding, system should not allow to make GR unless and untill i have confirmed the operations in the order.

Now, when a rework order is triggered from a the main production order,

Eg. Prodcutin Order Qty.= 100Kg

Rework Order triggerd from last opn. Qty.: 100Kg

this means the earlier prodction order shall not have any items to deliver as all are diverted to rework order.
