Couldn't locate the Solution manager patches in service.sap.com

Hello All,

I am unable to find the Solution manager patches in Service.sap.com ->Support Packages and Patches

Support Packages and Patches -> SAP Technology Components

Could not find the option Solution Manager even a search for support packages did not give a required result.

I'm trying to down load SAPKITL420

I've tried the following link still it's not downloading.

Open:

http://service.sap.com/sap/bc/bsp/spn/spat/index.htm?sp1=SAPKITL420

and "Add to download Basket" (bottom of page)

Are you able to download any other software package/file from Service Marketplace?

Maybe your S-User does not have appropriate authorizations.

All the bottons at bottom of page are available for me.

Follow the following path from service.sap.com/swdc:

Support Packages and Patches -> Entry by Application Group -> SAP Technology Components -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0 -> Entry by Component -> Solution Manager ABAP Stack -> ST 400

Hello Ben,

Please use the following link to download the support packages and patches.

https://websmp103.sap-ag.de/swdc

Once you open the above link, from the left pane,

Click on Download --> Support Packages and Patches --> Search for Support Packages and Patches, then type Solution Manger as a Search term. This will brings the list of the downloads available.

When you see the Search box, enter SAPKITL420 as a search term. It will directly brings you to the required link.
