Deleting value of a characteristic in Retail system

Hello Experts,

We use Retail system and we have encountered an error in the deleting classification.

We try deleting classification value of a characteristic.

We used transaction MM42 and succeed deleting value from the article BUT the changing didnu2019t influence on the SAP tables (ausp and inob )

All characteristics assigning to class type 026

Why the tables didnu2019t have updated?

Hi Igor,

what kind of characteristics do you try to remove ?

In the basic data screen at the end, if there are characteristic assignment, you can remove them.

This should be reflected in table AUSP.

But I guess it is to complicate to explain. The article aster data model is very complex. So please open a customer message on IS-R-BD-ART with a system access and the article number.

One of my colleagues will take care about it. Please post the given answer in this forum.
