XI PRD sys CCMS erroor

Hi frinds, I am gettind this error message in CCMS "No appserver found for agent SAPCCMSR.WIN-SAT-S-131.02 "in my XI production system

can u help on this error?

No appserver found for agent SAPCCMSR?

For this follow any of the below until the issue resolve:

1. The mentioned error is generated by CCMS method CCMS_SCR_SLD_Consistency_Check (reportONSISTENZABGLEICH_SCR_SLD) follow 2 related notes, that do not fit 100% but might help anyway: 922868 925603

And then Could you update the SCR content locally, so any inconsnstency shoud vanish, hopefully:

RZ21 ==> Technical Infrastructure ==> System Reporsitory ==> Update (locally)

If doing so, we would also suggest to update the agent: (see note 1013331)

3. if (2) would still not helpFollow the notes thoroughly: note-209834 and note-1006157

Definetely one of the solutions will resolve your issue.
