Hi,

I have paragraph & character Formats in smartstyle. how cam i include those formats in smartform.

usefull will be rewarded

Hi Rajesh,

Provide the smartstyle name in the styles box provided inthe output options of the text element.

And then you can select the data for which you want to apply the formatting and select the paragraph format or character format from the drop down list.

Hi

Create paragraph format and character format as per your requirement in smartstyles.

Including smartstyles in smartforms :

In Form Attributes --->click on output options tab

then there in style you can mention created smartstyle

Or you can include smartstyles at that particular text

In that output options tab include your smartstyle

Hi,

In options tab you can include your created STYLE, even you can include the STYLE at smartform level Form Attributes --> Output Options here you can find one parameter named STYLE, then enter your Style here.

Under the output options of the Text element u have a place for style. Add ur style name there.

Also u can add default format in formattributes->output options

goto to a text element

select ur data field and from the style menu dropdown u select ur para format.

or else click the small text editor button on the right.

text editor will open(in case it doesnt open ->goto->change editor)

and write

J1 &WA_HRP1000-STEXT&

where J1 is ur para format( u can choose it from drop down)

in case of character format:

J1 <GC> &WA_HRP1000-STEXT& </>

where GC is ur character format.
