When the project schedule is later than planned schedule.

How to control?

How can we give a right information to buyer and production.

Is that possible to have two schedules , "one is original plan, another is the reschedule plan from the up-to-date plan"?

We want two plans and distinguish if the project delays?

Hi,

In your case, what i understand you would like to know, the project is going as per the schedule or any delay.

In that case, you can create a project version in (T code 72 and Save the veriosn.

In CN71, you can open the project and give the version key and execute the project and select the choose field wherein you get details like. ..like dates, actual work, budget and other details .

Then you can comapare the dates from created status,relased and as on date status.
