CJV1 create 2 diferent simulations with same project code

I created simulation "SIM-01" for project code "PROY-01", but we need two simulations with the same project code, when I try to create "SIM-02" for project code "R1-01-01", I receive the error code CJ044 indicating that the simulation "SIM-01" for project "PROY-01" already exist but I want to create the simulation "SIM-02".

Is this the standard funcionallity?

Should I be able to create "SIM-01" and "SIM-02" for same project code "PROY-01"?

Use CJV4 transfer the project from operative to version by providing target version no.
