Hi,
We are using GenericSync (NW 7.0 SP14) in our Application. We know the problem with the increase data in MESYBODY. We search about the problem and we saw various posts about it. But we didn´t find one that talked how concert this problem.
We thought in create a program that delete MESYBODY... How we have do proced?
Thanks
Bruno
Hi Bruno,
I'm not sure whether there is any standard deletion program for purging data from MESYBODY table, but you can reduce the data by deleting obsolate data using FM DELETE_ALL_DATA_OF_USER/DEVICE.

Hi,
I did a test. I deleted a device ID by NWA and run MEREP_PURGE. The data of this device ID in MESYHEAD and MESYBODY were deleted.
But in others projects, when the occours a bad performance using GenericSync, we deleted MESYBODY and the performance was increased and the application continued working withou problems. I will do a tests and post here.
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Bruno
Hi,
is it no deleted by MEREPPURGE? I thought so.....
Check the docu for MEREP_PURGE process that needs to run anyway every week to reduce the data in the system.

Oliver
