GRMG Heartbeat Scenario

Hi, guys

I having problem "GRMG Heartbeat Scenario"

I started scenario Run Status changes to (green check), but after 5 minutes its disable or grayout

GRMG Not Running Correctly !!! sometime it does all green check and sometime all of them grayout x sign

Is anyone please help me about that... will be really appriciated

and please let me know what is the advantage of GRMG scenario ???

It hints at a potential config problem...

get the following under Views:

1.Current Status

2.Open alerts

3.Info on MTE

4.Details for Performance nodes

5.Method allocation]

6.Status Data Collector

7.Status Autorecation

8.Threshold values

Check Item 6. Status Data Collector

Did you go into Open alerts first?

The green ones don't have errors as they are functioning...

The only other thing I can think of to suggest is the next time they become inactive, go into GRMG, select all scenarios > Click Start/Stop then from the drop down Show status message.

You may need to open a note with SAP about this.

When ours become inactive it was either due to a password/user being locked or an error in the scenario file.
