error message when reassigning users

Hi there

I am having endless problems when i reassign users in the org. structure. I am getting this error message when I try to reassign a user in the org. structure: inconsistent user.

Can anyone please explain this error message as well as tell me about reassigning users.

I re-assigned by drag and drop. then when i want to test in portal, i get error message. I check in user's gen and see the error message. I repair with Users_gen but the repair does not work so i have delete the relationship and re-add the user into the org.

Why does this occur. Please advise

What was the user status when you did repair like green , red, yellow or level 1, 2 and 3.

error message: inconsistent user. Business partner not maintained...

using SRM 5.0

I have to delete the relationship and then recreate the user into the org. again which creates a new central person record.

How did you do reasiging the user? by method Drag and drop?

Hi

What was the exact error you got and when.

Check your org strucure whether it is consistence.

mention your version in srm.

Check all user data like mail id is correct

Hi,

Please try to repair the user using USERS_GEN and fix all the inconsistencies and then try to reassign the user.
