Hi All
I m in process of deleting a client from my Test System. I started deleting the client with following methods
1. Brought the Database into No Archivelog mode ( I use Oracle 9.2 Database)
2. Configured parallel processing : 6
I started deleting client on Aug -1-2008
Total tables 29927
Last entry made was on Aug-03-2008
Its at 27673 .
Deleting a table called CMFP . Its a large table.
Then there is a large table GLPCA.
So its almost 5 days over in client deletion process.
Does anybody has any idea how can it be improved and make the client copy faster ?
Any input is appreciated
Thanks
-Rabindra
Dear Rabindra,
We had this problem before w/ ckient deletion, SAP responded that we need to update table statistics. Client deletion is working fine now!
