In the PO, for the quantity field and amount field comma is appearing in place of dot and vice versa i.e. if the value is 12,233.50 , it displays 12.233,50. How do i solve it

If you want to use a fixed format, regardless of the user, you can use the SET COUNTRY command in the SAPScript. The country-specific format will then be used. So SET COUNTRY 'CA ' would format numbers with a , for the thousands separator and . for the decimal and SET COUNTRY 'DE ' would use . for the thousands separator and , for the decimal. Otherwise it will use the user settings for number formats.

Enter your username
Goto tabpage 'Defaults' and Change the format of Decimal Notation field.

Please check your system -> user profile -> own data -> defaults -> Decimal notation.
