SAP Netweaver 04 sp15 sneak preview : Application server not running

Hi All,

I have successfully installed the SAP Netweaver 04 SP15 trial version.

Using SAPMMC i have started the application server

but when i try to access http://localhost:50000

iam getting the following message:

Application stopped.

Details: You have requested an application that is currently stopped

also i rebooted all Dispatcher and Server using the Visual Administrator but still iam getting the same message:

My configuration is :

Windows XP Professional sp2

RAM - 1GB

Hard Disk : 150GB

Pentium 4.

if any one come across the same kindly reply to this message.

Why do u go for a localhost? try to give your server name. By default, your SYSTEM name will be your Server Name.

localhost always is your system (if it's in the host files, which should be the case for all windows environments)

You either have not waited long enough untill the whole server is started or some service is not running. Thi8s can only be checked with visual admin.
