Hello,

Can anyone let me know the differences between Bdocs and Idocs.

Is it like IDOCs are used in CRM or not!, If so, what are all the predelivered contents present in XI for CRM.

Let me know if you have any links on step by step of CRM integration with XI.

BDoc is a business document that is similar to the IDoc in R3.

BDoc is an exchange format of SAP CRM system like IDoc for an standard R3 system.

No. CRM also supports Idocs. XI does not support Bdoc.

If so, what are all the predelivered contents present in XI for CRM.

U can download the content from marketplace and use ABAP proxy to connect to CRM systems. Marketplace -> Download -> Support Packages and Patches -> Entry by Application Group.
