Hi All,
We are following Classic Scenario
When my client tried to create the Shopping Cart, she is getting the error " Buyer not found for this plant and product category - contact system admin".
Can anybody please explain the reason for the error.

Hi. That sounds like a custom error.
Is there a link to the item with the problem as part of the message?
If there is not I think that is custom and you should check the BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI.
