Dear Ashima

Nice to see that some of your questions got answered.

Meanwhile, I am just reproducing the below phrase from [Rules and Regulations] of this Forum, for your information

Step 4: Thank Others by Giving Points

SDN/BPX has a Contributor Recognition Program. Which in short text means that for each question you have 10 points, which can be given to the person that answers your question. 6 & 2 points should also be given for helpful answers. For every question you later award points for, you in turn receive 1 point for. Please note that you do not need to explain that "points will be awarded". We should all know how the forum works.

thanks

Hello,

Header conditions will not have / should not have access sequence.

hi,

you assign access sequence only to those condition type that are assigned as item condition type since header condition are applicable to allthe item level they do not contain access sequence.

the settings for the same can be done in v/06 screen. if you want a header condition check the header tab in the screen

hai

check whether your condition is a header condition

Conditions can also be entered at doc header level and these are header conditions and are valid for all items

Header conditions do not have access sequence

They are automatically distributed among the items based on the nett value

The basis for distributing the header condition can be changed in the pricing procedure by selecting the appropriate routine

Hello Ashima,

Please note that header conditions will not have access sequences as these are manual condition types. Go to V/06 check that condition type and see whether any access sequence is maintained for that.

Dear Ashima

For information, access sequence should not be maintained for a header condition. Hence you are facing the issue.

Go to V/06, select that condition type and remove the access sequence on top right, if you have maintained there.

thanks

Dear Ashima

For Header condition, as already suggested above, you should not maintain any access sequence.

thanks

Access sequence is required to search the condition record.

For Header condition type we do not maintain condition record.

Header conditions are ALWAYS manual.

That is why no access sequence is assigned for Header condition.

So you first remove the access sequence from the Header condition and in the Pricing procedure mark it as "Manual".

Access sequence are maintained for those condition types for whom you maintain condition record and we want that their value should be determined automatically in the document through condition technique.

hi

There will be NO Access sequence for the header condition

There wont be any access sequence for header condition type. U just maintain one condition record and put a requirement in pricing procedrue for that condition type as per your requirement

'Actual' header conditions are conditions that are are manually entered on the header condition screen.

It is never possible to determine 'actual' header conditions using automatic condition determination (condition access). In R/3 standard pricing, the automatic condition access occurs only at item level of the document
