Hi Friends,
I have a doubt regarding FCC.I think we go with file content conversion(FCC) if the content of the file is other than xml like csv file, pdf file need to be processed using FCC. Then what about xsl file,is it require to select FCC in message protocol or "file" Message protocol need to select.
Regards,
Suresh.
Hi,
If you dont have any conversion in data you can skip Design part and go on with the configuration part and give interface name and namespaces some dummy data while configuration.
Though you wil get an error in MONI saying that no XML data is there which you can ignore.
Please get back for any clarifications.
Please give marks if found useful.
Thanks
Hamja

FCC is mostly used to convert the Flat file (.tx) or EDI messages in XML.
File other then this like *.pdf, *.xls etc can be readh by developing Custom Modules which uses the Java API's for reading these files.

Hi,
If at sender side if the file format is of flat file or csv file and at receiver side also if we need the flat file, csv file or tab delimiter file then we use FCC.
