Upgrade the MDM

Hi All,

I am not able to create Families table in MDM consloe, it says to upgrade the software.

Presently i am using MDM 5.5 SP6 version, Can anyone tell me the procedure to upgrade to newer verion

or provide me if any PDF is available?

Hi,

If u r working on MDM 5.5 SP06 patch 0 then Family table and MDM publisher is not supported.

With MDM 5.5 SP06 Patch 1 the Families table and the MDM Publisher will be supported

again.

Hi narendra,

you can work with Families tables if your using MDM 5.5 SP6 ( 5.5.61.48 ).

if not down load the patches from Market place and install . your problems will be solved.
