Hi,
I am performing an HTTP to IDOC scenario, am able to send the message and receive it in XI, But in the monitor it says "ATTRIBUTE_INV_SND_SERV" and the iDOC is not received in R/3
Can anybody help on this.

Go to your application IDoc Sending/Receiving system and execute transaction SCC4 and double click
on the connecting client and see what the logical system name is. Maintain that name in the business
system. If you have done this correctly, refresh the cache.

Please check the business system you are using in configuration part is present as Logical system in SAP R/3 system with the same name.

Check the business system's "Logical system" name is correct with that of SLD
Maintain Logical System name and System ID and Client number.

Ensure this is done Goto ID->File Buinsess system and Menu ->Services->Adapter Specific Identifiers->mention correct Logical system name or click to add logical system from SLD then save and activate our object. The logical system should be present in SAP R/3.

Please check whether you are using correct Logical system name in your Adapter Specific Identifiers in your sender BS..
BS - Menu ->Services->Adapter Specific Identifiers->..
