Hello All,
I want to know about the checks for HTTPS port activation.
i.e. how can ensure that HTTPS port is active or not.
Thanks
Atul jain
You can check that in SMICM -> Services if active it will show you the protocol and port there.

Hi,
You can check in smicm transaction.by default the http will be active and smtp will be 0(means smtp is not configured).if you did not find https means the https is not configured.
For configuring the https you need to add some parameters like https plug in in instance profile and select a port which is not allocated.
As for https it is a secured connection you need to install a security library(seculib) and generate certificate.
Thanks

Hi,
If the https is not active in SMICM,Plz refer the following link:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/85/46453c3ff4110ee10000000a11405a/frameset.htm
You may also need to add the icm_server_port param for HTTPS (as you will be having for http).
Plz revert for any clarifications.
Regards,
Abhishek
