Customization in sales order and contract

Hi SAP Gurus,

This is one thing which I have seen which is not in the standard. The project in which I am working, have some customization done in sales order and contract. in sales order and contract, they r having a field by which if the sales order or the contract expires, it can be extended. they have the field in which 3 extensions of 7 days each can be done. How is this customization done???? What is the process???

Hi,

This could be a new include in the standard program to meet the requirement. May be the Abapers in your project can help you understand this.

Hi,

It is not customizing.You have to specify such requirement to Abapers and they write a program and can add field in Sales and contract.
