Delete Accounts on OSS

Hi! Experts

Can anyone tell me how can I delete a user on OSS that is not working any longer at my company ?

I did follow the next steps but the account is still working:

Data Administration --> User Data --> Search and Mantain Users

I did type the name of the User

I did select the user and press Delete Selected User

I did select Delete user ID only ....

But After those steps I GOT the following message: No Deletion Requests were created

So, could you please tell me where do I have to type the expiration date of the user or something like that ??

Hi Xiomara,

maybe your authorizations are not sufficient for deletion? Are you a super-user?

nevertheless you can also open a message with SAP and request the deletion of those users. component: XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR.
