We use copy control to define the requirements and options when transferring the data from reference document to its subsequent document

Document Flow is being controlled by copy control

There are 6 levels of copy control

1. Sales document to Sales document - VTAA

2.Billing doc to Sales doc - VTAF

3. Sales doc to Delivery doc - VTLA

4. Delivery doc to Billing doc - VTFL

5. Billing to Billing - VTFF

6. Sales to Billing - VTFA

For Eg:

Sales Document to Billing Document (F2 <- OR): T.Code - VTFA

Item Level

The controls are like:

Billing Qty (which qty u2013 order / delivery)

Pricing Type (which pricing type. Fo Eg: 'B' rfers to carry out New Pricing.)

Price Source (source of price u2013 order / delivery)
