Just Check Condition Type PR02 (Price Condition Type). Create a copy of PR02 and create the same as Discoint Condition. Maintain Discounts in scales in VK11 / VK12.

I am not sure this will work or not, but just give it a try.

Dear Sankar,

There is no need for any routine... This can be done thru standard SAP condition maintenance...

Go to V/06 - Define Condition Type - Select your Discount Condition & put Tick Mark in Condition Update in Master Data.

Now go to VK11 & maintain your condition record as usual, then select the line & click on Additional Data - Here you can set limits for Condition records like - Max number of Orders. (put 20 here).

This would solve your problem...

Thanks,

Hi Sankar,

U can do this by condition update.

First u need to check the condition update field (master data) of the required condt typy(discount-in your case)Then proceed to the condition record then go to additional data by selecting F7 there u will find limits for pricing section in there in max no of order enter 20. Check the outcome & plz let me know whether it works or not.

Hello Sankar,

Ur requirement can be acheived by the concept of condition update. Create a condition type in V/06, mark the Condition Update checkbox.

Now, while create the condition record in VK11. Give the discount say 8% and save it, exit. Go to VK12, click on the additional data(F7) and U'll see a tab 'Limits for pricing'--here Specify max no of orders as 20. The 1st 20 orders will be given a discount of 8% and this gets de-activated automatically after the 1st 20 orders. Similarly, U can also give a discount for based on value for ex. for 1st 10000 INR by specifying this amount in the Max condition value field, currency.

Rags.

hi

through the routine system will count the no of record & when it reaches 20 then it will not work again means requirement will not meet so no discount will applicable to the sales orders after 20 records

Hi,

Probably you need to write a routine (requirement) for this and assign it to the condition type in the pricing procedure.
