Document Cannot be displayed

All,

I have come across an interesting situation regarding displaying documentation from within Solution Manager.

A single user is unable to open any documents from solution manager. There is an error message saying that the document cannot be displayed.

This is not authorisation related as there is no SU53 failure and the user can display on other PC's. Even with enhanced authorisations, this does not resolve the problem.

It appears as if the Solution manager system cannot determine the executable application from the registry on his specific PC but I cannot find proof or evidence that this is the problem.

Can anyone assist or has anyone else encountered this?

Hi,

Please check the patch level of the SAP GUI on the particular user's PC. It looks like the patch level is 0. Please apply the latest SAP GUI patch to resolve the issue.

Fyi - The current available patch level for SAP GUI 710 is 9.
