Hi experts,
I've defined a closure date in the date profile for my change requests and i want this date to be automatically populated when the ticket is closed. I've been trying to define a date rule (with ABAP) to set this date to actual date in a particular status but this doesn't work cause the rule is not executed except if you select it in the date area...
Is there another way to do so ?

Hi Stephane,
You can change the clouse date from sppfcadm tcode, then select Action Profile, double click Action Definition from the left pane, then click on Change/Display button, double click on the Action Definition name from the right pane to make the changes.
