iViews question - Portal Content - Activity Report - missing???

Hi gurus,

Im very new to NW and java stack so i need some help and advice if possible. Im trying to see the Activity Report in the Portal Content at the portal but there is no output, there is nothing in the report. It saying (No content available for the specified period.). On QAS and DEV i have everything as it supposed to be also in PROD i have User Activity Report at User Administration. I have checked the configuration from System Administration>System Configuration>Service Configuration>Application>com.sap.portal.activityreport.core>Services>ActivityReport but there is everything the same as it is on the QAS and DEV. I have restart the services also, i have wait to see if there will be data but no success. I have no error logs or something regarding all this. So im wondering how can i create or recreate a hourly report of most visited pages / iview by users and make it appears at Portal Content>Activity Report?? Do you thing this could solve it?

Any news on this issue? Could some one advices us? We have the same issue
