Strong Password Parameters

If a client wants the system to check 3 of 4 login (password) parameters when a person logs into SAP, how can I do that?

My experience with this is you can either turn the parameter on or turn it off, how can you have either or?

Is this possible?

The parameters are the login* parameters.

lowercase

uppercase

special character

number

Your experience is identical to mine. Either/or is not possible.

Your customer will have to choose which three are always checked

I don't think this is possible.

Infact, we have one scenario where we set the parameters slightly different intentionally - so that the user cannot use the same password
