disp + work .exe going down

Hi All,

We installed IDES two months back; it is working fine up to yesterday and now it is not working.

The reasons that i found is

1) The files inside usr\sap\SID\DEVBGMS00\exe\ were missed; no one file is there( i mean .dll 's and .exe 's).

2) The server running on oracle; if i ran the command to display open_mode it is showing MOUNTED. I am not able to change the open_mode.

3) if i ran the command as follows: R3trans -d it is giving the following error like

This is R3trans.exe version 6.09 (release 640 - 05.04.04 - 14:45:00).

2EETW169 no connect possible: "connect failed with DBLI_RC_LOAD_LIB_FAILED."

R3trans.exe finished (0012).

Can any one help me how to solve this.

we have been done the recover the database now it is working fine.

if it truth your SAP server will not work it's KERNEL files. Are you have File system backup ?

Check kernel files in sr\sap\SID\SYS\exe\uc\<platform> or \nuc\<platform>

are all files ok ?

Are you execute "R3trans -d" under sidadm user ?

If yes post trans.log content here.

P.S. you have 22 unresolved questions! Shall refrain from the further advice to you

Dear Vivek,

Logon to your server system.Restart it and then in the command prompt type>services.msc>now look for the ORACLE database services-->stop and again restart it.

One or two times I face the same problem and I worked this way only.

Now restart your SAP instance.
