com.sap.engine.service.rmi_p4.P4IOException: No alive connection

Hi,

when I want to open my Logs in LogViewer (Visual Admin) I get following error message:

com.sap.engine.service.rmi_p4.P4IOException: No alive connection

What can I do?

hi,

also check in exchange profile profile the "Binding Host" parameter of "P4" service, if its blank, then you will get "com.inqmy.services.rmi_p4.P4IOException".

My problem solved itself after restarting the whole system. Please specify where I should look up this parameter.
