class characters

Hi sap gurus,

I had created a characteristic in ct04 and cl01 class created and assigned to mic. That mic is assigned to inspection plan also. But in Results recording values are not flowing only mic is visible. Can anybody guide me how to flow that values in results recording

Hi Mur,

To test the scenario with all data maintain fresh.

• Create a Characteristic (CT04)

• Create a Batch Class (CL02)

• Assign the Characteristic to the Batch Class.

• Assign the Batch Class to Material.

• Create an MIC, using the Characteristic (QS21)

• Assign the MIC to the Inspection Plan (QP01)/ Material Specification (QS61), of the Material.

• Create an Inspection Lot for the Material, have new Batch.

• Perform RR and UD.

• Now go to MMBE,MM02,BMBC,MSC3N, and check the value of the Result is Migrated here in the Batch, under Batch Class.

NOTE:-. It will not work if the material is not Batch Managed.

hi

pl check wether you have done correct master data.

i.e you class char(CT04) is asghined to batch class(Cl02),

and the bacth class has to assgin in the material master(mm02), and the materil master should have batchmanagement active.

then you need to assging the class charectristic to MIC.

this mIC should be assigned in inspection plan(QP01).

then you need to perform results recording(QA32).
