Dear Suresh,

If the target file is not received in target directory,

  • check if u have correctly configured the receiver agreement.

  • check in receiver communuication channel if u have given correct receiver filename and directory.

  • In Integration Directory, Goto Tools-------->Test configuration. In that specify the required fileds and test the sceanrio.

Hi Suresh,

This is a common issue but it can have too many reasons.

1.> I will suggest you to test the scenario in ID by following this path:

Go to Integration directory -> Tools ->Test cofiguration

Here mention the sender and receiver service names and the other mention details. And paste the test data which you have tried in the IR message mapping in the payload. Then Run that. If its working there then your scenario is correct.

2.> If its not working there, Then Perform all these steps:

a> Check with the Communication Channel path.

b> Have you put the input file in the server with the same name mentioned in the Sender communication channel? Please check with that.

c> Go to Message Monitoring and Component Monitoring to check the message.

d> In Component Monitoring>Adapter Monitoring>Communication Channel-->Check it whether its working or not.

e> Then Go to sxmb_moni and check the message.

I hope you can achieve your output, after performing these steps. May be these will be helpful for you.

Hi suresh

Lets check your scenario step by step :

1)Go to RWB : check for both(sender and receiver) the channels ,whether they working fine or not.

2) Go to source file directory check for the permissions in folder attributes, Your xi user should have permission to write in to the folder.

3) If everything is ok in above two steps . Run transaction SXMB_MONI in XI and your message should be in black and white flag.

4) a) If the flag is red, You click on display and check for the error by clicking error link in the left hand side, and correct it accordingly.

4)b) if the flag is green, wait for sometime your message is under processing.

Hi Manas,

But when i clicked on component monitoring or on message monitoring it is displaying a message like No Messages Processed.

Suresh,

You see no messages processed in Message Monitoring in RWB? Make sure you have created and activated a Sender Agreement for you Sender File Channel.

The next thing you can do is ................. Put a file in the source directory and immediately go to Component Monitoring - then Adapter Engine - the Communication Channel Monitoring. There if you search for you sender file channel in the Input Help - you must be able to locate it in the dropdown list. now select the active cluster node and Start monitoring this channel.............there you should be able to see your new source file being picked up and its processing status in the channel. If everything upto this point looks correct and successful then follow what the experts have suggested you above.

hi suresh , there are possibilitis :

1>Either massage are in errors ,so u should count no of XML generated are equal to no of massage pass. You can check

SXMB_MONI - Integration Engine - Monitoring >>Monitor for Processed XML Messages >>status

2>If communication channel is not able to connect to target system then all your XML massage should be in XI server.

Dear Suresh,

I hope you solved the problem with the experts suggested.

If you still couldnt, do check the following apart from what experts suggested.

Plz Check the Target directory specification use / instead of \.

save and activate the change list.

hope you get the target file if rest of the configuratio is correclty working.

Hi,

1. Check whether all the objects are activated.

2. In Integration Directory, go to Tools -> Test configuration, to test the configuration.

3. Check the error status in sxmb_moni.

4. In Runtime Workbench, goto Component monitoring -> Adapter engine -> communication channel monitoring, to test the sender & receiver communication channels.
