Stop deliveries for Plant

Dear Friends,

I have a business req like, we need to stop delivery notes for a particular plant. How can we configure this.

Hi

Guess, you can achieve this by removing the Delivering Plant assignment which is done by assigning the plant to the combination of Sales Organisation and Distribution channel.

As mentioned by Ravi Shanker, you willhave to make the amendment in cofiguration setting as follows:

1. Remove assignment of Shipping Point and Plant:

IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Logistics Execution -> Assign shipping point to plant

2. Remove assignment of Plant from Sales Organization and Distribution Channel:

IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Sales and Distribution -> Assign sales organization - distribution channel - plant

This will restrict from any delivery being created from the plant you want to restrict from.

Try this alternative too...

Go to Tcode OX10, select you plant and delete it,so that the plant will be marked for deletion...

Hi Krishna...

Beleive that the following steps are worth giving a try...

Goto Transaction OVX6 and delete all the assignments done by you to that plant.

It will stop you from creating even sales order for the materials from that plant...
