Change myself system in RSA1 trx after client copy

Hi,

I am using SCM 2007 system with Oracle database.

In post installation step i had configured RSA1 trx with client 001. So the myself system created in RSA1 trx was for client 001.

Now, i want to create a new client using source client 000 and SAP_CUST profile.

How do i change the myself system then in RSA1 trx?

Please suggest.

Just run BDLS.

Hi,

When you say "myself", I am assuming you are talking about the source system. You can just got to source systems in RSA1 and change the attributes and activate it. You need to have the authorization to do that.

Ya. Am talkking abt the myself source system that is been created by default for client 001.

Now after client copy i want the myslef source system to point to new client 100.

Pls let me know steps to do the same.

Hi Chintan,

The embedded SAP BW system is client independent. You can't change BW client once defined. However, there exist the workaround to run multiclient DP&SNP.
