Add reviewer and Add Approver Tabs

Hi

We are in SRM 4.0

While creating shopping cart, in the approval preview the "Add Reviewer" and "Add Approver" tabs are disabled.

Is there anyprogram I need to execute to make the tabs active.

Hi,

What is your active workflow?

If you have the approval task made as general task then normally both these tabs appear.

Say one step approval has the task TS10008126 which if we make it as general task then these appear.

The tasks are Generally forwarding allowed.

Hi Ashish,

By default the following BADI should be active for this functionality :

SAP_CHNG_AGNT_ALLOW :Default Implementation for BAdI BBP_CHNG_AGNT_ALLOW

Please check in your system whether this is deactivated. If so activate it.
