How the Sap System should have capability to process delivery order earlier than confirmed ship date and How we Configure in Sap

If the Stock is available, in Delivery Document (T.Code: VL01N / VL02N) on first Tab page, in the field 'Actual GI' date, enter the required date. It will give some warning messages, which can be overlooked and proceeded.
