Hello SDN world,

it took a while, but not the least thanks to your (SDN members) repeated requests we are now able to offer a dedicated forum for questions and answers on <a href="http://sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/interactiveforms">SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe</a>.

With SAP NetWeaver 2004s (and mySAP ERP 2005), there are no less than 6 ways Adobe forms technology components are integrated into SAP:

- Guided Procedures (in the <a href="https://sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/developerareas/xapps?rid=/webcontent/uuid/7b9b3834-0801-0010-6a9a-dc53e0db37f2">composite [original link is broken] Application Framework</a>)

- <a href="https://sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/developerareas/abap">ABAP</a> Workbench (transaction SFP, for batch printing)

- <a href="https://sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/developerareas/bi">Business Intelligence</a> (for printing of web reports)

- Internet Service Request (in mySAP ERP)

Different types of integration also means different questions.

While this forum is the best place to start with PDF forms discussions (including for those moderating here as we don't have to search and surf all over SDN to find relevant posts...), we may have to transfer posts elsewhere if the question is not really on the form, but the process or related technology.

Please refrain from posting Smart Forms or SAPscript forms questions here, they should be posted in the .

Hello,

Why does the drop down list in the Adobe Interactive form does not display the values even when they are filled in the additional data table using the given BADI(QISR1).

Do we have to write any additional JAVA Script to have it working or ISR controls.

Can someone provide some more details if available.

Hi Markus,

I am not able to find answers to my questions. We have defined a form template. In the template, we have a field which is a drop down list. We would like to know if there is any documentation on how we can retrieve the data from the drop down list into the ABAP webdynpro.

Also we want to populate the drop down values via the ABAP webdynpro from a SAP table, we are not able to find a way to do it.

Please help.
